Description
Oaten Chaff is a highly palatable and versatile fibre source that provides a balance of roughage and natural energy.
It is a popular choice for horses in work, growing horses, and those requiring additional condition.
The quality of oaten chaff is influenced by harvest timing and the proportion of leaf and grain retained in the plant. When harvested at the right stage, oat hay provides valuable fibre while remaining highly appealing to horses.
Future Feeds Oaten Chaff is carefully processed to produce a consistent chop length that encourages chewing while staying easy to mix through the ration.
With more natural energy than many grass hays, Oaten Chaff can help support condition, performance, and overall wellbeing while maintaining the benefits of a forage-based diet.
